The staff was incredible! I’ve never been so taken care of. I was truly sad to leave. The hotel was awesome, but what truly made it was the people who worked there. Every single one of them including the bar tender and hosts at the bar next door and are all time fave, Jesus!!! They all took such pride in the hotel and their jobs there. I told them they were stuck with me for life, because I’m never staying anywhere else.🤣 I felt like I had these awesome big brothers by the time I left. I can’t say enough about what an impression they made on us. Jesus we miss you and we will be back soon!!!

The staff is just as good as a Four Seasons. Caring, patient, up-beat, fun. Also they have all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, but in a boutique package.

The hotel is in a fabulous location and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and the turn down service thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again.

Parts of the hotel look quite tired and could do with some TLC. Staff were amazing. Food delicious. Service faultless. Over and above.
